JingleBells's story
FOCCAS is a foster home based rescue group in Coos Bay, Oregon. (on the Oregon Coast) None of these animals are located in the animal shelter; they are in our homes, being treated like our own pets. We show them for adoption on Saturdays 10-4 in Pony Village Mall in North Bend, Oregon. We are next to Sears, you can enter through the end by First Interstate Bank OR walk through Ross Dress for Less. We can make other arrangements to see the pet, depending on the situation and foster homes..............

JingleBells' family had a life change and she needs more than what they can do for her now. They got her as a pup and after 2 years they decided to become full time RV'ers and camp hosts. Since they do not have a fenced yard for her she cannot be outside on her own without being on a tie out. These are notes from her family. ...She is originally from Texas so she has had a traveling past and is good in the car/truck and RV. She is good with children and especially our 7 yr old daughter. She does not like her belly touched but rub her head and ears all day long. She does NOT LIKE ANY VETERINARIAN; she will need to be muzzled. She has always been like this. In the vet's lobby she wanted to get on the benches but she does not get on furniture at her home and she sleeps on her own doggy bed..Pedigree is the food she has been eating, she is free fed. As with most dogs she barks at strangers but after meeting them she is fine. She loves her walks and playing in the grass. She doesn't like the logging trucks and barks at them, maybe because in Texas they don't have any trees (sorry this was a foccas edit, couldn't help myself). She loves being with you and any attention. (foccas edit, when the foccas volunteer first met her at her home she came over and put her head in her lap). Again as most dogs don't like getting wet, neither does she. She knows sit, shake and high five. She is not a fan of playing with balls. She comes when called and knows if she is in trouble. She had a cat as a friend and they were BFF's.
